Payment
Where can I find my invoice?
There's no invoice in the package because we send it digitally. You can find it in your email. This is better for nature and you can surprise someone with products of us, without the invoice in the package. You always get a track & trace code.
Delivery & My Order
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Orders over €55 are delivered free of charge in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In other countries orders over €150 are delivered free of charge.
I have placed my order, can I still change it?
It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it. This applies to address changes, adjusting your ordered products, and the cancellation of your order. If you have changed your mind, you can return your products free of charge following delivery of the order.
There is something wrong with my order, what should I do now?
Is something missing or damaged? Please inform us how we may assist you, so that you can enjoy your latest purchases as quickly as possible. Send an email to info@lively-essentials.com and we will help you fix the problem.

How do I return my order?
